Terms & Conditions — SMS Messaging Service Effective Date: April 5, 2026 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SMS messaging service (“Service”). By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Description The WUULF SMS program sends you camp updates, schedules, announcements, and reminders. Messages are sent to the mobile number you provided at opt-in.
2. How to Cancel You can cancel this SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further messages after that. If you wish to re-enroll, sign up again through the same opt-in process you used originally and we will resume sending you messages.
3. Help and Support If you experience any issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance. You can also contact us directly at info@wuulf.org.
4. Carrier Liability Carriers (wireless providers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier outages, technical issues, and geographic limitations.
5. Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply. You will receive approximately 1 message per month, and up to 1 message per day during camp sessions. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and other major US carriers.

By opting in to this Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to use the mobile number you provided.
8. Opt-In and Consent By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to the Service, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from us at the number provided. Consent to receive marketing messages (if applicable) is not a condition of any purchase.
9. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or through our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from delayed or undelivered messages, unauthorized access to your account, or reliance on information received via SMS. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
