Scholarships
It is important to us that anyone who wants to attend WUULF can attend WUULF.
We have limited funds available to provide financial assistance scholarships for registration fees and lodging costs to attend WUULF. Scholarship requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The deadline for scholarship applications is April 20, 2025. Late scholarship applications will not be considered. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please send the requested information to info@wuulf.org.
Requested information:
- Name, Address, Phone, Number of adults, teens and children needing scholarships.
- A brief description of how you’ve been involved with Unitarian Universalists.
- A brief paragraph describing why you want to attend WUULF.
- It is important to understand that WUULF is put on by volunteers, and activities are led almost exclusively by those who are attendees. If you have something in mind you’d like to contribute to WUULF, please describe in a brief paragraph. Examples would be a workshop you could give, an organizational talent, photography, helping with the kids program, etc.
- As a scholarship recipient, you may be expected to help with WUULF. Scholarship recipients in the past have helped out with setup activities throughout the week (like setting up, or cleaning up our daily snacks and beverages available before dinner). Together, we will find something for you that suits your interests and abilities.
- Members of the WUULF Board will review all applications and recipients will be notified by May 1st.
Our scholarships are funded through t-shirt sales and our annual raffle. A big “thank you” to all those who make donations and purchase raffle tickets and t-shirts, thereby making our scholarships possible! If you would like to contribute to the scholarship fund, you will have the opportunity during registration, or at WUULF when you arrive.
- Raffle items are donated by camp participants—please bring items you wish to donate to registration, and we will display them in the Lower Pavilion. Tickets are $2 each, or 3 for $5 and all profits go to the scholarship fund. Raffle tickets are sold online during registration and onsite.
- Tshirts and stickers are available for purchase onsite and online at TeePublic
