- $100 of the registration fee is non-refundable.
- Prior to April 1: If cancellation is received prior to April 1, a 100 percent (100%) refund, less the non-refundable fee, will be given.
- After April 1: If a cancellation is received on or after April 1, no refunds will be given.
- No adjustment is made for late arrival, early departure or dismissal from the retreat.
