Registration

WUULF will be June 16-22, 2025.

Registration will begin in February or March.

Costs for 2024 were between $713 and $1043 for adults (less for children). This includes registration fees, all meals, and lodging. Lodging varies in cost depending on which option you choose.

We expect costs to increase for 2025, as the hosting costs of the Ghost Ranch have increased.

Scholarships: We have limited funds available to provide financial assistance scholarships for registration fees and lodging costs to attend WUULF.

Cancellation Policy

  • $100 of the registration fee is non-refundable.
  • Prior to April 20: If cancellation is received prior to April 20th, a 100 percent (100%) refund, less the non-refundable fee, will be given.
  • April 20-May 4: If a cancellation is made between April 20th and May 4th, a refund of fifty percent (50%), less the non-refundable registration fee, will be given.
  • May 5 and after: If a cancellation is received on or after May 5th, no refunds will be given.
  • No adjustment is made for late arrival, early departure or dismissal from the retreat.
