$100 of the registration fee is non-refundable.
Prior to April 20: If cancellation is received prior to April 20th, a 100 percent (100%) refund, less the non-refundable fee, will be given.
April 20-May 4: If a cancellation is made between April 20th and May 4th, a refund of fifty percent (50%), less the non-refundable registration fee, will be given.
May 5 and after: If a cancellation is received on or after May 5th, no refunds will be given.
No adjustment is made for late arrival, early departure or dismissal from the retreat.
